Download Q&ANote From MicheleFrom the desk of Michele's Paint Shop

REF: Paint Shop Pro Tutorials by Michele's Paint Shop Newbie 101.

First a few question and answers.

Q: Why are you allowing us to download your videos?

A: Michele's Paint Shop is allowing you to download the videos so that you can view them on your personal computer in your spare time. We have hopes that you find them useful and can learn from them. We feel it would be easier for you the visitor if you had this option.

----------------------------------------------------------

Q: Why not charge us for the videos?

A: Even though we work very hard on our tutorials and website we have always offered free video tutorials. Our goal was to offer you videos that cut out the technical jargon that confuses people. It is a fact that we know our visitors truly want to learn and we want them to. We are confident that those that appreciate the videos will thank us in whatever way they can with feedback, donations, and most of all they spread the word about Michele's Paint Shop.

----------------------------------------------------------

Q: Will you ever charge for your videos?

A: The only thing that would make us charge for our videos is if people start to share them across the Internet without our permission. The only time we would even consider charging a fee is if we put together a DVD collection, and that of course would very reasonably priced to cover our costs and time.

----------------------------------------------------------

Q: Can I share the video with my friends at work, school, forums, and anywhere else?

A: Yes, of course you can, but we just ask that you do not share the video with them. We ask that you please send them to the website and allow them to visit our site.

----------------------------------------------------------

Q: Can I upload your video to my video collection website?

A: Absolutely NO. We will not tolerate this, and anyone caught doing this we will have no choice but to contact you or your ISP/Host to request the take-down. We have found to much of that going on with YouTube and Google that we find the Internet is cluttered with the same videos on every darn video site there is. We prefer to just have those interested come to Michele's Paint Shop to view or download the video themselves for private viewing. Plus we do not want our videos in arenas that we cannot control.
