First you must know... we believe in a strong networking community and linking is a great way to build a powerful site for each side. We never say if you link to us we will link to you and vice versa. If you're a new site we will link to you once we see you are truly keeping up with your site, and if it is highly relevant to our site. We already are watching some new PSP forums and websites out there, and they will likely end up having their link here because their doing such a wonderful job. I care about dedication, and kindness and that is what I try to offer all of our visitors.

Second I want to quickly go over a few important details. We work very hard so that you don't have to. You linking to us is a wonderful way to say that you appreciate our time. We truly only require you use a small text link and we provide all the information and code you need below. The link is a credit link, and you may place it on a credits page that is related to PSP, Web & Graphic design, or on the page where the item is being used.

What is linkware? Linkware means you are using an item that was made by another person. They are allowing you to freely use their item as long as you keep the author / designers text link or banner intact. The reason for this is to give proper credit for the designer. Most templates / web sets come with a credit link or banner. The banner or text usually is set at the very bottom of the page and blends very well so that your viewers do not see an ugly advertisement.

Linkware can be used by anyone and it is encouraged. Linkware is a wonderful way for website owners to decorate their website's without having to spend hundreds of dollars and hours doing it themselves. The only cost to them is a small simple link to the original designer. How simple is that? However, there is something very important you must know before using linkware. As with most linkware it does not mean you hold the copyright, it simply means you were granted permission to use it according to the terms of the designer. Each designer can set their own terms. Some are very strict, while others are very lenient. Always read the terms in full before using.

A typical rule with most linkware is that If you would like to share the linkware with others you may not offer the item on your website for download, or within any CD/DVD collections. The standard way to offer the same linkware is to send the party interested to the original designers site so that they can download it for themselves.

Our future plans include publications that could very well land you a spot in a site of the month, featured site and more. The more Graphic & Web Design communities linking to us are more easily found by us, and will be considered for future publications, powerful links, and more.

Graphics & Files Terms of Use Please Respect Our Terms

Do not direct link to my graphics, including the link banners. You must save them to your hard drive, then upload it to your server/ISP or image hosting service. All of my URL links might be changed frequently (www.michelespaintshop.com is best to link to), so you will end up with dead links if you direct link. Let's not forget that DIRECT LINKING IS THEFT OF BANDWIDTH

We want our visitors to use our graphics. However, we must add some basic what "NOT" to do to protect all parties involved. We ask that you try your best to be unique. We will not appreciate anyone taking our hard work and offering it up for others to download. If you made it from scratch then its yours to offer. Otherwise our files, and images are not to be offered to your visitors. You should send them here.

• You may not redistribute our graphics in raw format.

• You may not convert our graphics into brushes - selections - masks and alike

• You may not hotlink to anything on our website.

• You may not add our original graphics to any collections. This also means do NOT offer our files as downloads. Send them to our site please. We came up with the content, and would like to keep it strictly ours.

• You may not redistribute our raw graphics for profits.

• You may not use our graphics on website's that are adult oriented and or promote animal - human abuse of any kind.

• You may not use our graphics in any commercial arenas unless you contact us first with your exact intentions of use.

• You may not change our templates and sell them. No profit is to be made from our template graphics. Your website may profit while using the template, but our templates in any form cannot be sold by the user.

The Zip Files, Instructions, and like that may be part of the tutorial are not public domain, and you may not do as you please with them. Thank you for your kind understanding.

2. Our Video Tutorials are here to help you learn. We are happy that you found the tutorials helpful, and even more so that you achieved a goal by learning more about the program. What you made with the tutorial is yours to do as you please, and if you would like to tell others about us please do. When it comes to the videos we will not tolerate anyone taking our videos and adding them to their online collections, or remakes of our lessons, into text, or other languages. No videos are to be removed from this website to be added to any video site. We also will not tolerate private forums using our video tutorials without a credit link. If you have a private forum that is related to Graphic & Web Design and you would like to use our Videos PLEASE contact us and let us know the name of your site, URL, as this allow us to simply track back to all the fine communities out there using our videos. 4. Web sets - templates linkware may come with a readme.txt. This text file contains the terms of use. Our templates may have helpful tips within the HTML code of the templates. The text file at times will includes font names, styles, colors, sizes, and information on any other files that might be included. Within the code you may find comment text that shows you where you can and cannot add your own text or images, and the only reason for this is the fact it may damage the layout. The other files that may or may not come with your download are .pspimage, .psptube, .png, .css, .html, .gif, and .jpg. My intentions are to make this simple for you, and I do not want you to worry about using my linkware. The entire point of my linkware is that I can share with you so that you can design a site or graphic that in the end you will enjoy. All web templates will come with either a tiny banner or a text link that will go to this website. The content on your website is yours, but the link to michelespaintshop.com must stay intact.

Please note that over time HTML, Browsers, and Standards do change. We cannot guarantee that these free linkware templates will always work in every HTML editor. Please it is your responsibility to read up on these issues as we will not be responsible for a new browser update not being able to read your page. This is unlikely, but still possible so please consider learning a little about HTML.

You must contact us for a commercial license. The cost of this license varies on each situation of use. When writing please include your Name, Website Address, and a full description of how you will use these files. A sample(s) would be required so please be prepared to include it (photo, digital, or real item). No applications will be approved without this information. Each commercial license will have a unique number that is only registered to one person. This license must be kept in a safe place as it will be your only proof of purchase. You may place it on your website, but not required.

If anyone is caught using our graphics for commercial purposes without express permission from us we will freely collect the evidence, and make a report of this along with sending this evidence to our lawyer. All fees incurred will be the responsibility of the owner if the IP address, domain name registrant, and any relevant information found on site abusing our graphics will be used.

The only exception is that you may use our premade templates on your commercial website, but you may NOT resell our template or the graphics within it.
