Image Mapping & Slicing Tutorial
Tutorial information: This video tutorial below will show you how to make your own custom designed web page. Learn how to do image slicing and image mapping within the PSP program. You will also learn how to use layers, tubes, text, shadows, and more. You will then learn how to take the generated information from Paint Shop Pro, and add it to an HTML editor to make an active web page. Please note this is one of our older tutorials, but it is still very helpful for those that want to learn. Tutorial Guide What You Need
The Paint Shop Pro Photo X2 tutorial includes detailed step by step directions. You will learn how to use multiple tools and how how to manipulate PSP Layers. You can use most versions of Paint Shop Pro, but each version might have moved their tools, effects, and options into other areas of the menu bars, but you can still follow along if you improvise.
1. Internet Browser such as IE, Firefox, and a Media Player such as VLC, Flash, Media Player Classic, Windows Media Player.
2. Corel Paint Shop Pro
3. HTML editor such as
Adobe Dreamweaver CS4 - Full or CoffeeCup HTML Editor
(please note we use Dreamweaver in this tutorial)
4. Optional various Tubes of your choice. You can grab all the tubes you need from out tubes vault.
5. You may want to visit our PSP Graphic Program set-up page to get an idea of what the program is like if you haven't used it before.
6. Just watching this video will help you learn how to use the program. No need to follow along.
