I have asked this question before - but so far no answer. Are tubes like emblellishments for scrapping?

Welcome to the forum!
The best way to describe a tube is to say it works like a stamp with ink that never runs out. Yes, you could describe them as embellishments for use in your graphic project while designing in Paint Shop Pro.

Re: What are Tubes
Thank you so much. After I have worked with my program and your tutorials I thought I finally understood what they were - but I needed a little more clarification. Your tutorials are great and such a wonderful learning experience.
Thanks

Thank you Kathy. I am so glad you found them helpful. I work hard on them and whether it is negative or positive feedback ... it makes me feel good knowing someone found them useful.

Re: What are Tubes
The way I just explained tubes to a friend - because PSP now refers to them as picture tubes - is liken them to photos you cut out of a magazine and paste onto a sheet of construction paper to make a new picture. Come to think of it, Michele's explanation is probably better because in my scenario, there aren't multiple copies of that one picture you're using to add to your over-all new design.
